Our Admission Process

We have a simple and transparent admission process. Follow these steps to become a part of the BR Convent Public School family.

Inquiry Form

Submit the online inquiry form or visit our school office to express your interest.

School Visit & Interaction

We will schedule a campus tour and an informal interaction with the parents and the prospective student.

Application Submission

Complete and submit the admission form along with the required documents at the school office.

Admission Confirmation

Once the application is approved, you will receive an admission offer. Complete the fee payment to confirm the seat.

Eligibility Criteria

The required age for admission to various classes is as follows:

  • Nursery: 2.5 to 3.5 years
  • LKG: 3.5 to 4.5 years
  • UKG: 4.5 to 5.5 years
  • Grade I: 5.5 to 6.5 years

For other classes, admission is based on the performance in the entrance test and availability of seats.

Frequently Asked Questions

You will need the student's birth certificate, previous year's report card (if applicable), transfer certificate, passport-sized photographs of the student and parents, and proof of residence.

An entrance test is conducted for admissions to Grade I and above to assess the student's foundational knowledge. Admissions to pre-primary classes are based on interaction only.

The school timings are from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The school office is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays.
